		Practice:	Stephen Pokoj has twenty-five years of experience in commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and real estate. He has represented public and private corporations in litigation involving franchises, contract disputes, lease disputes, and business torts. In addition he has assisted clients in business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, sales and liquidations, and real estate developments. He has represented both lenders and borrowers in complicated loan transactions. Mr. Pokoj focuses on finding cost effective, practical solutions to the issues facing his business clients.
